The data in question are kept physically under lock and key, as well as in digitally protected systems with all kinds of security measures taken.
4/ Rights of the Data Subject
Under the Law, the following rights have been granted:
To learn whether personal data is being processed or not,
To request information if personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are being used for their intended purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data have been transferred domestically or abroad,
To request the correction of personal data in case they are incomplete or incorrect and to request that the third parties to whom personal data have been transferred be notified of the transaction carried out within this scope,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of personal data cease to exist, even if they have been processed in accordance with the law and relevant legislation, and to request that the third parties to whom personal data have been transferred be notified of the transaction carried out within this scope,
To object to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
To request compensation if you suffer damages due to the processing of personal data in violation of the law.
